When placing your order , please be sure that the mailing address and product information and all the information is correct. Once an order is submitted , we are unable to change any of your information that you submitted or to cancel the order . If order is refused , you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25 percent of the purchase price as well as the return shipping. Once you submit your order it is important that everything is correct . If product is damaged , email us and we'll give you directions on how to return the product . Allow 5-7 business days for product to be shipped out after you have made the purchase . Allow 2-3 days for your tracking number to be emailed to you . On shipping , we use DHL ground and UPS ground . Sorry , but we cannot ship to Alaska , Hawaii , or post office boxes .
